The structure looks good, tidy and clean, however my experience was not positive. Upon booking, I was given an appointment for 5.35pm, specifying the importance of 5 minutes. Even though I arrived early for check-in, I had to wait more than 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Inside the examination room, there were two operators, one of whom was instructing the other on the procedures and use of the instruments. A patient left to fend for herself, who was not asked even once if everything was okay and who, furthermore, towards the end of the exam, was left alone in the room for 7-8 minutes (an interminable period for those who having an MRI of the shoulder). I came out very nervous, but I didn't get any attention. As if that wasn't enough, at the reception they gave me the CD and the papers for collecting the report in a plastic bag for ring binders. Never happened before. Even the local health authorities take care to provide everything in a folder that protects personal data. Every single patient needs due attention. I hope that my experience can contribute to an improvement of your services.

Unfortunately I cannot review Doctor Venneri because unfortunately he wasn't there. Unfortunately, however, the practice did not notify me and we went from Vermicino to Portuense, with a 6 year old child, specifically to have the X-ray done by him, but it was done by a technician unknown to us and to have the medical report made by him, we insisted with the laboratory who called him on the phone. On My Doctor I had booked to do the exam with him and not at the Center where he works with any doctor, at least they could have called me and notified me so that I could evaluate how to manage the matter. It's a shame, I think he's a good doctor and a good center but in my opinion it's a major oversight.
